Members Recital: March 2, 1969
What appears to be the first (documented) members recital hosted by the Southern Nevada Chapter of the American Guild of Organists was held on March 2, 1969 at 3:00 pm at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Las Vegas Nevada.
Three organists, including the chapter’s Dean, Raymond J. Barnes, performed at the recital. The event was sponsored by Southern Nevada Music Company, McCann Realty, Ron Hammond Piano and Organ Sales and Bill Lawson, Copy Prep.
